On windows, Palestine flag emoji does not work

it works well on my android phone

I suggest that on unsupported platforms, we use svg flag instead: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_Palestine.svg https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%85%D9%84%D9%81:Nuvola_Palestinian_flag.svg

I'm using Windows 11, with languages installed: English (US) and Arabic (EG)

This issue is not specific to MS Windows. I've observed this issue on Chrome and Safari. This is not an issue on Firefox.

I confirm, it does work well on Firefox on Windows.
