for those spots where a google place ID and therefore a google rating could not be retrieved, we used a decision tree regressor to predict the ratings: https://github.com/TechLabs-Berlin/st21-beachblue/blob/recommender-system/predicting%20ratings%20-%20DecisionTreeRegressor.ipynb
