Revoke serious access #44

A user should be able to remove the serious role without @​ing a mod. I suggest d!serious if you already have the role would instead of saying "you already have access" should say something like "You currently have access to the serious channel. Type d!revoke to remove access". This is especially important due to the nature of the chat
