Footer Fixed: Fixed logo and added Github #191

Current behavior

Currently, when you click on the logo in the footer, you are redirected to a blank page. Additionally, there is no link to the GitHub repository in the footer.

Proposed changes:

I have solved #185

Fixed the footer so that clicking the logo redirects the user to the Home Page.
Added a link to the GitHub repository in the footer.
