Deprecation of offline Authentication

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply try to generate Facebook Code as ordered in the wiki article
2. Inserting Facebook ID and paste into browser
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: A Hyperlink containing the access code
I see: "Website not found" -> It seems like the service for oauth is already 
down.
Is there any other way to generate a valid token for the WP?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V 4.3 on SP2010

Update: I am sorry, the system still works, i messed up the hyperlink for oauth 
request. But still the question remains: What comes beyond offline auth?

We have checked with our code and this change will not effect this webpart. If 
anyone encountered any of the issue related to this change please feel free to 
re-open this issue. I've tried to generate the code and was successfully done.
