Error Installing: Unhandled Exception: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I updated the DeploySolution with my server URL
2.Copied all files to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server 
Extensions\12\BIN
3.Ran DeploySolution

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see:
Unhandled Exception: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Void 
Microsoft.SharePoint.SPRequestManager.Dispose()'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0 Sharepoint 2010

Please provide any additional information below.
Windows server 2008 SP 2

Hi,

If you are using SharePoint 2010 package then the correct path is

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\14\BIN

Looks like you are deploying to SharePoint 2007 and using 2010 package
