Suggestion: Ability to disable added disks in config #170

Hello. Can we get the ability to disable the disks added by reborn storage, in favour of other mods? Extra Storage has for example the same ones, even down to recipes, thus there is conflict and duplication.

Recipes are now using tags so this should resolve the issue without needing to disable them
