Both in the config and ingame I have the keys for localization showing:

    item.SC2_advanced_sctank.name
    item.SC2_creative_sctank.name
    item.SC2_front_sctank.name
    item.SC2_internal_sctank.name

    item.SC2_top_sctank.name
