Notable changes:

• The mod now uses Fabric
• Most (if not all) code has been rewritten to newer standards in order to adapt to the large number of changes across six minecraft version
• All items and blocks have been flattened (including blockstates)
• Modules are now created by a type/factory (like how entities are made) and not reflection. Module types are linked to their item and any other common information such as module cost, category, etc. These are stored in a Registry
• The GUI system has been heavily reworked (because I gave up on getting downscaling to work without using a massive hack)
• Modules now must have a renderer class to render its modules. No more adding models to a list; instead each module has a renderer registered, which is rendered by the module render dispatcher. This allows for custom model functionality in an arguably better way, such as conditional rendering of the hull top, chest animations.

Planned changes:

• The use of tags to define incompatibilities and requirements among modules. Since minecraft now allows creating tags for any arbitrary registry, this would be a valid use case for them.

This pull request is a heavy WIP.

All components and blocks have been added (except custom item functionality).

I'll change the target branch to a 1.18 branch, once that's created. This can't be merged into the 1.16 branch since I based all code on the 1.12 branch.
