Describe the bug After the latest update of Mekanism Tech Reborn machines stopped accepting power through Mekanism cables.

Steps to Reproduce

I am using latest release of TR for 1.12.2. version 2.43.3.1043 and RebornCore 3.16.4.478. together with Mekanism 9.8.3.390
