1 Improve Home.js UI

  1. Added more card content
  2. Added a join now section
  3. Updated the Hero section
  4. Added animations fade in and svg animations
  5. Optimized for mobile view
  6. Added framermotion and react-intersection-observer package

I hope you don't mind adding these packages as I think the small animations adds more style. I can remove it, if you wish. Open to your suggestions.
