Regression in ItemAxe #26

As per MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge#2646 ItemAxe cannot have subclasses (yet)

Added a quick workaround pull request in MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge#2751

I wasn't confident enough to do a full replacement of the arrays to blame for the error, but this should at least allow new axes
