Meetup listing only when pins are visible #47

It may be more relevant for the user if they only see meetup listings on the bottom half of the screen, if there are visible pins on the maps.

E.g. they have zoomed into central London but as it stands meetups in the everywhere else in the country are visible. (You do however have the "meetups within" feature which kinda fixes this)
