Allow selection of install location #17

The installer forces the application to be installed in a specific location. However, there are many reasons why a user may not want the files installed in that location. Like most applications, the installer should allow me to install the application in an alternate location.

This updater will update an application in whatever directory it was initially installed into. To specify a different location you would need to reinstall Plex into the new directory.
