[tm_description] Improve urdf/xacro interface #33

I am a robotics engineer at VBTI Eindhoven, The Netherlands

Please change the xacro models to similar interface as ur_description. This way tm_mod_urdf could be changed to generate yaml file with robot specific parameters. This is much cleaner.
