Support alpha channel in `ImageUtils#Recolour()` #19

With BlueMap's new feature https://github.com/BlueMap-Minecraft/BlueMap/pull/353, the ImageUtils#Recolour() command needs to be updated to support transparency. Otherwise it'll look like this: image

This is not a problem yet, but it will be once the next BlueMap version is out, so this should be fixed by then.
