Soft Delete Option #234

Add a third option to modpacks allowing for soft deletion which removes them from the config but leaves the files. This will be useful for people with packs leftover in bad folders that they don't want to delete.

Yes, this is important. I believe that you could integrate it into the existing button. The current function is pointless (for me).
