Check for modpack updates after minecraft is closed. #435

The current launcher, only fetches modpack build information everytime the launcher is closed and reopened. Is it possible to make it refresh the list of modpack builds without closing the launcher?

Maybe. Not gonna work this right away, but I'll keep it here while I think about it.
