[X] Have read and follwed the Contribution Guidlines

I've add a .github folder with issue/Pull Request templates. I did this as to improve issues so they can follow a more standard format and can provide you with more information so you can figure out the issue faster since you don't need to haggle people for logs & such to investigate things.

@GenPage Please let me know if you'd like anything from this to be changed.
