Bug with format/color on French client in settings.lua : bad argument #2 to 'format'

On FRENCH client, I got 'HabnaPlugins\TitanBar\settings.lua:43: bad argument #2 to 'format' (number expected, got string)'

I suspect that now, we need a number not a string even on FRENCH and GERMAN client
