For my own records

[x] Make player hitbox more generous, especially around the head. Might be worth using an ellipsoid instead of box
[x] Make the camera lookahead and act a bit better instead of only absolutely centered
[x] Add switch and gates to add additional challenge to stop progression through levels
[x] Add upgrades
[x] Add level select
[x] Add victory screen
[x] Add tile to blend floor and wall together
[x] Add game over screen
[x] Add GUI for number of detections
[x] Improve title screen
[x] Maybe slight grace period for sentry vision cones when turning? It's a bit rough right now. Maybe like guard question mark mechanics
[ ] Navigation2d to allow sentry's to chase noisy players or players that alerted a camera
[ ] Sound detection mechanic for sentries
[ ] Add more sound effects for landing, maybe jumping, maybe skidding, and such
[ ] Add acceleration to slow acceleration to top speed, don't skid until top speed is reached (prevents tapping and getting skid animations)
[x] every ui element should be visible on around a 720x420 screen (fullscreen moblie) (so far we meet this)
[x] iOS 15 PWA support (might need a different display mode in the manifest)
[x] allow players to ride sentries (ironically this works on mobile, I guess there's physics engine differences)
[x] Save game to save level progression

LOL it really was because I was an idiot and using the wrong version of Godot

What about a credits screen? It'd be nice to have the Tech Inc name attached like we did for Icarus.
