Add lava again as a heat source #168

During the data_maps transition lava was removed as a heat source, leading to Thermo Generators not working over a block of lava.

Fix #167.

It'd have to be added to the data-generator, not just the datamap file. Also: this should still work since it's via the fluid, not block 🤔
