Fixes to ShulchanAruch parser

• Add to JbsOntology any new property that you use, including those listed below for addition.
• Change URI scheme to "jbr:shulchanaruch-x-y-z" (chelek, siman, saif) - "halachot" is dropped from the main URI.
• Add URI "jbr:shulchanaruch-halachot-x-y" (chelek, halachot).

Packages json

• Add a single object with URI ""jbr:shulchanaruch" to represent the entire sefer.
• Adapt objects to the new URI scheme (including "jbr:shulchanaruch-hilchot-x-y").

Text jsons

• Adapt to new URI scheme ("jbr:shulchanaruch-x-y-z").
• jbo:sefer change to "jbr:shulchanaruch" (note that currently jbr prefix is missing).
• Add jbo:chelek pointing to the containing chelek, e.g., "shulchanaruch-3".
• Add jbo:halachot pointing to the containing halachot, e.g., "shulchanaruch-halachot-1-1".
• Change jbo:siman to the appropriate URI.
• Change URI "jbr:shulchanaruch-perush" to "jbr:shulchanaruch-baerheytev" (באר היטב). Update also rdfs:label. Add property jbo:interprets pointing to the saif it interprets.
