Create a json parser for the tanach + mefareshim

• Each "persuh" of a specific "sefer" will have its own json, with the following naming convention: (book_uri)-(mefaresh-id).json. For example: tanach-1-rashi.json (perush Rashi on sefer bereshit).
• The json will have a "uri" attribute as defined in the URI scheme
• The json will have other attributes as defined in Json Formats
• The produced jsons should reside within the repo jbs-text. Each mefaresh (e.g., rashi) should have its own folder containing all the perushim. The name of the folder should be tanach-(mefaresh-id), e.g., tanach-rashi. (see the README of jbs-text for the exact structure).
• Automatic JUnit tests should be written to verify the correctness of the parser.

Just updated the desired JSON format for the tanach and mefarshim. I move this story to the backlog of the iteration and you can start working on it right now. I am working on the definition of the JSON for other texts as well. Note that the JSON format of the tanach was updated.
