Add plugin installation link to all pages #167

Probably to the footer or something.

Added a link to the top navigator. I tried to add the eclipse marketplace button, but we need to change the CSS to make it look pretty and I'm not very familiar with that. Further more it doesn't fit our color palette so I think the current solution is good enough.
