Think about future possibilities to BugQuery #169

This issue can help future teams working on bugquery.

At the meeting with Adi we thought about enable running a "local" BugQuery for companies. This way they can share their stack-traces, question and answers within the company without posting their question on public sites like StackOverflow. This can be called "BugQueryLab" :laughing:
