Reorganize maven hirarchy #28

The maven hirarchy isn't what it is suppose to be - right now the folder hirarchy is as follows:

                                          Main folder
                                  ____________|______________
                                 |                           |
                           BugQueryParent            BugQueryServerSide
                                 |
                           BugQueryPlugin

Parent should be the parent of both the submodules :>
