Remove Warnings from BugqueryServerSide #61

There are some consistent warnings in the BugqueryServerSide project (at least on my computer). The consistent warnings in the projects right now are:

No DTD for Posts.xml - Will define a DTD
Classpath entry for JUNIT - Will investigate

I'll look into them and see how we can clean them up and if some of them need to be fixed.

Built a DTD according to W3schools's tutorial.
It seems like the JUNIT warning just needed to be deleted from eclipse ? It doesn't seem to come back.
Fixed some small warning on the way

No warnings ATM
