fix bug in "create simulation" and more issues #112

fix the follwing bug:
create_simulation_result.html:
- show the zip link only after the simulation is ready.
- show 2 more parts only after the simulation is ready: "Get the files by email", "Create the animation" (meanwhile empty).
minor style changes.
reformatting the code.
