write the main functions for the simulation engine. estimate time: 12hr

I need the order reservation algorithm to continue with the simulation. until that I can't continue with the simulation.

until now: writing functions that generate random values for the simulation engine. change code in other models such that they work wuth the simulation database. left to do: write funcion that generate room reservation in the simulation database (#165 ). write analytics for tha simulation engine. (#167 ) actual time: 9 hr
