Deploy the final web app to Azure #179

When everyone is done, I need to deploy the web app to Azure and check that everything works properly.

Time estimate: 1 hour

Status update: done. Link to website: thedoors.azurewebsites.net

Deployed and seems to be working, need to wait for Aviad to finish his changes in order to perform one final test. (Actual time: ~3 hours due to a bug presented in issue #182 )
