Mention on your website that there is support for single-label host-name resolution without WINS #26

The DNS Server service supports the ability to add single-label named zones. Bind does not support this as far as I'm aware and this was a reason I was attracted to this project. It would be worth adding this information to your website so that others are aware of this feature.

I am not sure about that single label hostname cant be added as authoritative zone in Bind. I found something here which you can confirm once.

I will give the example a try, but this isn't a widely known feature of bind, and Technitium DNS Server makes it so much easier to achieve. Plus if you combine https://github.com/TechnitiumSoftware/DnsServer/issues/27 with this then you get a much more powerful solution.

I think, this feature can be configured with any generic DNS Server. So nothing specific to do here.
