[Feature Request] DHCP-Script on lease #447

DNSMASQ has a dhcp-script option, which can run a script on lease creation/release. Could something like this be added to Technitium?

I'd basically like to create some alerting around when new, previously unknown, devices request a DHCP address. Perhaps checking whether they have an existing DNS entry.
