Feature Request: Custom columns and quick search field for domain list #666

Hey there!

I wanted to suggest a cool feature for your awesome software. Right now, when editing a domain, there's just a plain old text field without any auto-completion. I think it would be super cool if you could replace it with a quick search field. For example, as soon as you start typing, the list of zones would automatically filter to show only the ones that contain the text you entered.

Current domain list/overview:

It would also be awesome if users had the option to customize the columns in the overview. Currently, it only shows the type, DNSSEC status, general status and the expiration date (for secondary zones). Perhaps give users the option to pick and choose which columns to display? Based on fields available for a zone, e.g. the current serial number in the SOA, the total number of records, TRANSFER and NOTIFY settings, and more. That way, everyone could have a personalized and super informative overview.

Just wanted to say, your software is seriously amazing! Thanks for all the hard work you put into it.

Thanks for the feature request. Will add it when UI updates are planned in coming updates.

@CRASH-Tech UI features are added when its feasible since core features are being given priority. So, the feature will come but will need some time.
