The camera feed back to the driver station doesn't work #19

Summary

According to the documentation, the cameraserver module must be used to feed the data back to the driverstation.

This should be fixed in #30

The USB camera actually caused a delay in the control loop. Instead, the USB camera was removed and the old IP camera was connected to the robot. See #36
