Add semi-autonomous functionality #40

Summary

Add buttons that trigger semi-autonomous movement using the encoders:

Button 'A' on Scoring controller -> Set Lift to a height for stacking on top of 1 tote
Button 'B' on Scoring controller -> Set Lift to a height for stacking on top of 2 totes
Button 'X' on Scoring controller -> Set Arms to a width for spinning a bin
