Implement Trading Holidays

There are certain designated trading holidays. The engine should not run on those days. The holidays can be listed in a human readable format.

• The engine will NOT push orders / start the sockets on those days.
• send out a holiday reminder on the day
• send out a reminder to refresh the holiday list for the next year.
