Merge in Dalton changes #52

Changes from PCH Dalton qualifier event, forked off from event-dalton into cleanup-event-dalton in case we need to clean anything up or make any changes (like reverting or properly re-fixing jank fixes) - this way, event-dalton will always reflect the state of the code at Dalton.

@MqxS @Atman-Singh When reviewing, this PR should be more heavily scrutinized than others as its likely to contain stuff we don't want merged into master, such as half-baked jank fixes from comp.
