[x] Convert the chatgpt-3.5 model to "gpt-3.5-turbo-16k" instead
[x] Change the temperature of the models to 0.5
[x] Remove loading states from dashboard and chat pages
[ ] Manage incomplete messages, and prompts with responses in a special manner so that they can be excluded from calls to chatgpt
