[x] Allow public access to home route (without auth)
[x] on request access button pressed, scroll down to the request access form
[x] Do not show "request access" button and the section on the page for "request access" to logged in users
[x] When a user clicks on dashboard without auth credentials, redirect to signin page (the middleware will do this automatically)
