Many Annoying Bugs

• [x] New Chat button shows up randomly at many points
• [x] Search button throws a client side error
• [x] API calls don't seem to be using react query properly. Patent button requires refresh to see the patents
• [ ] Scrolls to bottom (it should have been a prop) - makes sense in the sidebar for the canvas but is VERY annoying on regular chats
• [ ] Chat page overflows when one clicks on the input field on mobile
