Here are some of your key responsibilities: Managing an engineering squad and helping prioritize, build and ship customer-centric digital trust solutions to our customers. You have an innate adaptability to continuously rebalance the teams to react to changes in the surrounding conditions. You are a problem solver and multidisciplinary thinker. With your team, roll up your sleeves, understand problems and solutions, form an opinion and advocate for engineering-specific delivery considerations. Work with product teams to discover and deliver innovative customer solutions. Grow a high-performing team through internal development and external hiring.

Proven technology team leadership skills. Your experience and technical depth allow you to develop and mentor others as well as build trust and credibility with your team The innate ability to look at systems holistically across people, processes and technology to mobilize teams and deliver results. Proven software development background in one of the disciplines - Backend, Mobile, UX, or Web Development. You are comfortable diving into the code and interacting with developers at all levels of seniority. Familiarity with distributed and highly available identity management systems at scale. Experience designing and developing identity management solutions. You can effectively communicate and work with executive stakeholders (technical/non-technical) You have successfully built and grown teams of engineers during your career. Support and enable a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement and learning. You are driven to deliver on outcomes and results.
