1) Object Unification
Fix view person from property profile (also, create jump links to property sections) (quick)
Unusual property-case loading behavior (i.e. property and case don't always match up)
Person search from NOV creation
Current case, property, person buttons for easy nav
Case status on nav bar drop down: under inv, inspection, NOV, compliance, citation/court
2) Report upgrade (DUE DATE: End of Workday: 5-MAY-2021)
List of violations by category:
Exterior (drive by site inspections: e.g. grass, rubbish, vehicles, exterior maintenance),
Interior (occupancy issues: health/safety, anything requiring right of entry)
Other municipal code (not IPMC standard, e.g. deer feeding in Chalfant)
We need to convey time and effort contributed to a case, even if it is a case without NOV issued. Example: Code officer conversation with resident, prior to NOV issues, has become an early phase case. This action needs to be reflected in the reporting.
Current case status: Investigation, NOV, Court, compliance
Amanda Comment: How do we convey the value of the program to the elected officials? How do we convey work being done on cases with expired compliance timeframes?
Sean Comment: Can we "drill down" into reporting components to find more in-depth information about each sub-domain of reporting? Example: see violated ordinances when one clicks "severe" violations.
Sean Comment: Some cases have multiple violations attached to them and we need to convey the depth of work involved in these larger/ multi-issue cases
Open case count
WIP Case: Some communication and working on plan of action
Anticipated compliance timeframe
Future metric: changed compliance timeframes
Open violation count
Compliant violations <-- Major focus on number of resolved issues
JL: Question: would it help to see month-over-month changes?
SG: Historical information is always useful to compare to the current period. Question from EMB: Do we have data about occupancy inspection and permits and property transfers year over year? SG: We probably do not have this data to make decisions on at this time. SG: We'd like to be able to say "This time last year, our transfers are up 4.5%, Break down by rentals, inspections, and reinspections." Helps estimate human power required to meet future loads.
JL: Need reporting period on report header, and comparison time frame
JL: Historical pi chart: break those pi components into to sub-sections
SG: Feature request: Filter by generation source for the inspection (street view complaint, permit inspection, reinspection)
SG: Workflow: An occupancy application automatically generates an inspection dispatch and comes right to officer's phone. Take the manual work out and make it all flow
SG: Can we use the categories already built into doforms v.7 such that the reports give breakdowns by property inspection sub-components:
- Group Consensus 23-APR'21: Aggregate event activity by event type/category, and include event count by case
3) Date Issues (Est. 3-4 hours)
User needs to be able to enter back dates in a simple month/day/year format without wrestling with the silly overlay calendars
Batch Update of Stip Compliance Date is not working – I wanted to make an extension of 30 days but not working, then I went to the calendar, chose the date, and it will not work.
4) Document upload
Final sprint step: Document/Photo upload
Bugs from Emily Overview
Was unable to Add Event (would not let me scroll down far enough to be able to save it)
Was unable to Add New Citation (would not let me scroll down far enough to save it)
Was unable to Create new person (would not let me scroll down far enough to save it)
I tried connecting Emily Moldovan to 110 Fenwick Drive and it didn't look like anything happened
