Okay here's the deal: Events on occupancy still aren't working (though the domain is switching correctly).
I spent way too long debugging this and it seems that somewhere deep in the coordinator/integrator, CECase has the eventList variable set, while OccPeriod is missing this functionality.
I think that is a little beyond me at the moment, so we can meet and potentially work together on that if you prefer. Otherwise, this PR is basically ready. I might advise a once over to look for any obvious bugs that I missed.
The fact that I have already started on the occ-inspections-reborn branch awoke me to the fact that this was basically as done as it is going to get.
