Crash with English Longbowmen #56

There seems to be a crash with Longbowmen. I am fairly sure it occurs when you upgrade Composite Bowmen into Longbowmen, and the game puts the newly upgraded Longbowmen in water. So far, I have not noticed this crash happening with the other UUs granted by decisions.
