UnicodeEncodeError: 'latin-1' codec #4

Tried everything this and still can't find out how to resolve this error.

Traceback (most recent call last): File "./AV_Bypass.py", line 30, in print(banner.decode("utf-8")) UnicodeEncodeError: 'latin-1' codec can't encode characters in position 2-7: ordinal not in range(256)

Remove lines 21-30, no need for the banner.
