Add testimonial & update FT orange button link #332

This PR is just for a couple of small updates:

Added a new testimonial to the testimonials page. (Rachel Greenwood's on Switchup)
Tweaked the apply button (and hid the old apply and events links for possible use later)

Let me know if any changes need to be made.
