Add Scoreboard #16

Players may not want to stop and type /ct to check their remaining tag time. If a scoreboard is displayed with remaining time then players won't need to stop fighting to check.

Scoreboard Rough Draft: In Combat: {Yes or No} Remaining Time: {time left in combat} Attacker: {Last person (if visible) or mob to attack you} Defender: {Last person (if visible) or mob you attacked}
