Option to disable version checker #25

I cannot enable this plugin on my Spigot build due to this version checker disabling the plugin on an "Unsupported build"

What is the error message? The version checker built into Combat Tag doesn't work on the current version. Once I do get it working though, it will prevent ClassNotFoundExceptions and instead just disable the plugin.

This is a Known issue. (working on fix) Please See issue #17
