What version of factions are you using?

Factions v1.6.9.4

Is it the FactionsUUID version?

It's this version: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/factions/files/51-1-6-9-4/. I don't know if it's factionsuuid versions. So probably not.

It is not a factions UUID version. I will have to add support for that version.
